About Me
I partner with leaders, professionals, and individuals navigating transition, growth, and reinvention—helping them move from uncertainty to intentional action.
My career spans more than 25 years leading people, teams, strategy, and organizational growth within complex, high-performing organizations, including serving as an Executive Director at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Throughout my time there, I built and led high-performing teams, developed leaders, partnered across global functions, shaped business strategy, managed significant investments, and helped organizations navigate growth and change. I also founded BCG's North America Client and Business Development function and served on the firm's North America Leadership Team.
While my responsibilities evolved over the years, one thing remained constant: I was always most energized by helping people grow. Whether mentoring emerging leaders, coaching senior executives through complex decisions, strengthening teams, or supporting individuals during pivotal career moments, I found deep fulfillment in helping others discover their own potential. Coaching became a natural extension of the work I had been doing throughout my career.
Today, I work with both new and experienced leaders, as well as individuals navigating change, expanding responsibilities, important decisions, and questions about what's next. My clients come to me to think through challenges, gain perspective, build confidence, strengthen leadership skills, and create meaningful forward momentum.
I create a grounded, thoughtful, and supportive space where clients can slow down, think more clearly, and move forward with greater confidence and intention. My role is not to provide answers or prescribe solutions. It is to listen deeply, reflect patterns, ask meaningful questions, and support you in uncovering your own clarity, strengths, and direction.
My Approach
I believe people often know more than they realize. My role isn't to tell you what to do—it's to help you uncover what you already know, see yourself more clearly, and move forward with greater confidence.
My coaching blends deep listening, thoughtful reflection, honest challenge, and practical action. Together, we'll explore what's beneath the surface, uncover patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and identify meaningful next steps that align with your goals, values, and strengths.
Clients often describe our work as thoughtful, practical, and empowering. Sessions are designed to create space for reflection while also helping you move toward meaningful action between conversations.
A Note About Neurodiversity
My work is informed by an understanding that people think, process, learn, and lead differently.
I support clients in understanding and working with their unique thinking styles—including neurodiversity such as ADHD, ASD, and Dyslexia—so they can make decisions, build systems, and take action in ways that align with how they naturally operate.
For some clients, this means exploring a recent diagnosis or better understanding lifelong patterns. For others, it simply means working with a coach who recognizes that different minds often benefit from different approaches. Whether we're building leadership skills, strengthening executive functioning, navigating career transitions, or creating sustainable habits, I tailor both my coaching approach and the coaching experience to support how you naturally think, process information, and engage best. Together, we'll build strategies that align with your strengths and help you create meaningful, sustainable progress.

My work is grounded in both professional coaching training and real-world leadership experience.

Beyond Coaching
Outside of coaching, I live in Chicago with my family and have served on the board of a local nonprofit organization for nearly a decade.
These experiences continue to reinforce my belief that growth, leadership, and meaningful change are lifelong journeys. We are constantly learning more about ourselves through life's transitions, challenges, and opportunities.
Taking time to reflect and deepen our self-awareness can create the clarity needed to move forward with greater intention and confidence.
